04 Nov Opportunity for Change is Knocking, Are you Ready to Answer?
It’s time for concerned citizens to become courageous candidates! The County of San Bernardino needs big hearted leaders with a small government vision. Are you passionate about helping your community? Are you serious about public service? Do you think you could be a voice of reason in county leadership? If so, we will help launch your candidacy! We are looking to support candidates for the County Board of Supervisors who support the voters. All big-hearted leaders who are interested can contact us to learn how to start the process.
There are no political party restrictions nor do you need to be part of the political elite. The ideal applicants will have some business experience, live in San Bernardino County and have a passion for community leadership. We are currently recruiting candidates willing to commit in writing to support the citizens of San Bernardino County.
California’s Government Code requires multiple time sensitive steps to become a candidate for office. Candidates are expected to file various documents with the Registrar of Voters (ROV) as follows:
- Filing Fees
- Nomination Petition
- Declaration of Candidacy
- Ballot Designation
- Candidate Statement
- Statement of Economic Interest
We will assist with this process to ensure you understand when the required paperwork is due.
Additionally, we have a donor network interested in supporting “big-hearted” candidates that are passionate about returning local resources to local control to solve local problems.
